{"id":206,"count":42,"description":"In its work on projects, RRA applies the EU-accepted approach \u2013 the Project Cycle Management (PCM) methodology. In the early 1990s, the European Commission adopted this methodology as the primary tool for project preparation and management, based on the logical framework principle, aimed at improving project quality. By then, it had already been used by numerous international organizations, including the United Nations, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, and the World Bank.\r\n\r\nRRA has fully adopted this methodology, adapted to EU PCM+ standards, both in project preparation and implementation.
