The seminary was organized by GIZ with aim of building capacities of the regional management in rural regions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The participants of the seminary, representatives of public, private and non-governmental sectors from Macedonia, Albania, Montenegro, Serbia, Croatia, BIH and Letonia had an opportunity to learn about the ways of identifying and mobilizing the regional resources through the examples of good practices from Germany and Croatia as well as through the exchange of experiences of participants.
