The “Velemun”<\/strong> Botanical Garden, located in the village of Brezojevice (Plav municipality), is a true treasure of the region, housing over 350 plant species thanks to the lifelong work of Professor Milutin-Mi\u0107o Pra\u0161\u010devi\u0107.<\/p>\n

Recognizing its significance, RDA BKP has included the garden in the Cultural Route of Plav<\/strong> as one of its most beautiful highlights. With support from the Austrian Development Agency (ADA), funds were provided for fencing, creating professional labeling for all plant species, promotional materials, and purchasing maintenance equipment.<\/p>\n

Tourism and Scientific Resource:<\/strong> The garden attracts an increasing number of international tourists and scientific visitors. Ongoing efforts to develop additional content further demonstrate that “Velemun” is an exceptional resource for regional development and biodiversity conservation.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
