Project Overview<\/h3>\n

This project focuses on bridging the gap between the academic community and the industrial sector within the food production industry. By fostering the mobility of young researchers, the initiative provides professional support to small-scale producers to modernize their processing methods and implement new product concepts.<\/p>\n

  • Strengthening the links between science and industry in accordance with Montenegro\u2019s Smart Specialization Strategy.<\/li>\n
  • Assisting small producers in the creation of innovative fruit and vegetable-based products.<\/li>\n
