Project Overview<\/h3>\n

The Regional Development Agency for Bjelasica, Komovi and Prokletije<\/strong>, in partnership with the Municipality of Berane<\/strong>, is implementing the ILEP project. This initiative focuses on improving employability and integrating long-term unemployed individuals into the labor market, specifically targeting the wood processing and tourism sectors.<\/p>\n

Main Objectives:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Creating conditions for new job openings in the wood processing industry.<\/li>\n
  • Enhancing the competencies and employability of hard-to-employ groups.<\/li>\n
  • Strengthening the local employment partnership within the Berane municipality.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Project Results<\/h3>\n

    1. New Job Creation in Wood Processing<\/strong>
    \nBy implementing new technical solutions and modernizing production processes, the project directly contributes to creating new positions and integrating unemployed individuals into the wood processing sector’s workforce.<\/p>\n

    2. Certified Training and Capacity Building<\/strong>
    \nProviding specialized and certified training for the unemployed in key areas:<\/p>\n

    • Wood Processing:<\/strong> Technical skills and operating modern machinery.<\/li>\n
    • Tourism Services:<\/strong> Improving service quality and specialized tourism knowledge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      These certifications directly enhance the participants’ competitiveness in the regional labor market.<\/p>\n
