Project Overview<\/h3>\n

The main objective of the project is to educate and motivate young people to initiate their careers by fostering an entrepreneurial spirit. The initiative focuses on increasing youth employability in tourism through capacity building, interregional cooperation between Montenegro and Serbia, and the exchange of best practices with partners from Slovenia, Spain, and Germany.<\/p>\n

  • Strengthening entrepreneurship and key competencies of youth in the tourism sector.<\/li>\n
  • Implementing basic and innovative development training for young professionals.<\/li>\n
  • Facilitating non-formal learning through mobility activities across EU member states.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Open Educational Center in Tourism<\/h3>\n

    A key outcome of the project is the establishment of an educational hub designed to provide business and tourism training for youth, focused on three core pillars:<\/p>\n

    • Career Counseling:<\/strong> Professional support in planning sustainable career paths within the tourism industry.<\/li>\n
    • Information Exchange:<\/strong> Serving as a contact point to inform youth about available EU support programs and development opportunities.<\/li>\n
    • Personalized Platform:<\/strong> A digital educational solution designed to monitor and track the individual progress of each student.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Key Results<\/h3>\n

      1. Enhanced Skills and Capacity<\/strong>
      \nThe project significantly increased the entrepreneurial skills and specialized tourism knowledge of young people in Montenegro and Serbia, making them more competitive in the modern labor market.<\/p>\n

      2. Networking and Cross-Border Cooperation<\/strong>
      \nStrong networking ties were established between youth from EU countries and the Western Balkans, facilitating a continuous flow of knowledge and innovative ideas.<\/p>\n
