2017<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><strong>General Objective:<\/strong> Transfer of knowledge aimed at improving production and valorization of traditional dairy products.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><strong>Specific Objective:<\/strong> Create added value in cheese and other dairy production through cooperation between academia and small dairy producers in the fields of safety, quality improvement, and product standardization.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><strong>Results Achieved:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Increased producer capacities in milk and dairy product safety and quality within the production chain.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Introduction of standards in cheese production \u2013 improved production conditions and preparation for complex future requirements.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Improved technology while preserving traditional cheese-making methods and introducing new products.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Establishment of marketing
