Project Overview<\/h3>\n

The primary objective of this project was to systematically increase the number of women entrepreneurs within the rural areas of Mojkovac and Kola\u0161in. The initiative was designed to provide women with the necessary business expertise and direct financial incentives required to launch and sustain their own enterprises.<\/p>\n

    Key Results<\/h3>\n

    1. Education and Capacity Building<\/strong>
    \nA total of 40 women from Mojkovac and Kola\u0161in successfully completed a comprehensive entrepreneurial training program. The curriculum focused on strengthening skills in strategic planning, marketing, and financial management, effectively preparing them for the challenges of the modern market.<\/p>\n

    2. Financial Support for Business Initiatives<\/strong>
    \nFollowing the training sessions, participants developed detailed business plans. Based on the criteria of innovation and sustainability, 19 of the highest-rated business plans received direct financial support, enabling the practical realization of these new female-led ventures.<\/p>\n

    3. Promotion and Networking<\/strong>
    \nA “Women\u2019s Entrepreneurship Day” was organized in Podgorica, serving as a prominent platform for women from Kola\u0161in, Mojkovac, Pljevlja, and Cetinje to showcase their work and products.
