Brskovo and town center<\/h4>\n

Brskovo was a medieval mining town where the first silver coins of the region were minted. In the center of Mojkovac stands the statue of Serdar Janko Vukoti\u0107, symbol of the Mojkovac battle and the fight for freedom.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Mojkovac battle proved that one day of freedom is worth more than years of slavery.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Bojna Njiva and monuments<\/h4>\n

On Bojna Njiva in 1916, the Montenegrin army stopped Austro-Hungarian troops. The Tara Bridge and the Monument to the Heroes of the Mojkovac Battle are symbols of the town. The Grotulja partisan complex commemorates the victims of World War II.<\/p>\n

Dobrilovina Monastery and tradition<\/h4>\n

The Monastery of St. George in Dobrilovina, known as Little Mora\u010da, was a center of spirituality and literacy. The first school in Potarje was opened here. Today it is a place of memory and cultural heritage. Mojkovac is also known for traditional mead, a drink made from mountain honey.<\/p>\n
