The Regional Development Agency for Bjelasica, Komovi and Prokletije hosted a major youth event at the Outdoor Center Mojan in Andrijevica from June 6\u20138, 2018<\/strong>, bringing together 40 young people<\/strong> from the Zlatibor region in Serbia and the southern and northern regions of Montenegro.<\/p>\n

Learning from the Best<\/h4>\n

Participants had the opportunity to learn about EU best practices regarding entrepreneurship and improve their knowledge in this field. The lectures were delivered by experienced experts from the University of Rotenburg, Germany, and GEA College \u2013 Faculty of Entrepreneurship, Slovenia.<\/p>\n

\n

This group will be involved in further activities, including youth mobility in Spain and Germany<\/strong>, where they will have the chance to directly observe the best youth entrepreneurship practices in these two countries.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Participants are mostly beginners in the tourism sector or individuals with fresh business ideas planning to launch their own entrepreneurial activities. During the workshop, they shared their visions with lecturers and received initial guidelines for development, which will be further refined through upcoming mentoring sessions and events.<\/p>\n

The core objective is for these young participants to become successful entrepreneurs<\/strong>. Through this workshop and future mentoring, they will receive all necessary support to turn their initial ideas into reality.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Project Strategic Framework<\/h4>\n

The event was organized within the project “Enhancing Montenegrin & Serbian Entrepreneurship and Tourism”<\/strong>, supported by the EU-funded ERASMUS+ program. The main goal is to improve capacities, foster an entrepreneurial mindset, and boost youth employment in the tourism sector.<\/p>\n

The project is implemented by RDA BKP as the lead partner, in cooperation with:<\/p>\n

Zlatibor Regional Development Agency, Municipality of Budva, Institute of Modern Technologies of Montenegro, GEA College (Slovenia), Steinbeis Innovation gGmbH (Germany), and GEMS, Educaci\u00f3n en Andalucia (Spain).<\/p>\n
