These meetings were an opportunity to connect with successful leaders who have already achieved significant results:<\/p>\n<hr class=\"rra-divider\" \/>\n<h4 class=\"rra-heading\">Mentors<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Maja Kljaji\u0107<\/strong> (Berane)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Milijanka Pe\u0161i\u0107<\/strong> (Bijelo Polje)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ermina Red\u017eematovi\u0107<\/strong> (Plav)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Each of them mentors at least <strong>10 women<\/strong> from her municipality, providing essential support, knowledge, and practical advice to transform households into successful tourism stories.<\/p>\n<div class=\"rra-highlight\">\n<p>These women prove that tradition, agriculture, and hospitality can merge into a sustainable business \u2013 the support network gives beginners confidence for their first steps.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h4 class=\"rra-heading\">Why is this important?<\/h4>\n<p>The program is implemented with the support of the <strong>UNDP Gender Programme Montenegro<\/strong> through the <strong>Montenegro SDG Acceleration Fund<\/strong>, as we believe women are the key to rural community development.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"rra-heading\">Invitation<\/h4>\n<p>We invite all interested rural women from these municipalities to contact us and become part of this story!<\/p>\n<hr class=\"rra-divider\"
