JELENA KRIVČEVIĆ – Executive Director

Jelena Krivčević has 15 years of project management experience, including 10 years in the Bjelasica, Komovi, and Prokletije region and 5 years abroad. In various roles and positions, she worked on the implementation of multi-million dollar projects in community development and economic growth in Montenegro and Georgia. She provided consultancy services primarily for USAID projects in Georgia, Serbia, and Kosovo, and worked on the preparation and implementation of EU-funded projects.

RADOJKA ŠĆEKIĆ – Administrative and Finance Manager

Radojka Šćekić holds a Master’s degree in European Integration. Ms. Šćekić also has extensive experience working with international organizations in the Bjelasica, Komovi, and Prokletije region. She has held responsible positions in various programs implemented in the northern region. During her work at the Urban Institute, she gained expertise in USAID financial reporting procedures and provides significant support to the RDA and partner municipalities in preparing EU project proposals.

SNEŽANA ZEČEVIĆ – Project Manager

Snežana Zečević has worked in various international organizations since 1999, making her a versatile professional with experience in different fields, particularly tourism and agriculture. She comes with strong references from one of the most successful USAID projects in the region – CRDA. She has also worked for organizations funded by other donors, such as the Danish Refugee Council, Premier Urgence, and FORS Montenegro.

IVAN MALIŠIĆ

Ivan Mališić is a graduated economist with extensive experience working with various organizations – USAID economic programs, the Austrian-Montenegrin Partnership, and UNDP projects. He is one of the founders of the Regional Development Agency for Bjelasica, Komovi, and Prokletije. He specializes in rural tourism and katuns, and has experience in all mentoring activities beneficial for any type of business.

DALIBOR ŠEKULARAC

Dalibor is a professor of English language and literature, but also a lover of mountains, katuns, and agriculture. Coming from a katun-based family himself, he provides the entire team with additional, experience-based information on the needs of katuns and potential methods for their preservation. He is a licensed tourist guide, a mentor for the Good Travel Seal, and a vital part of the team in all tasks related to creating unique and sustainable tourism offers.

ALDINA HEĆO

Dina is a graduated economist and a passionate mountaineer, with experience in various roles that shared a common feature – working with people. Although she joined the Regional Development Agency in early 2024, she integrated quickly and has been working from the start on projects significant for katuns, the preservation of indigenous breeds, and the creation of new tourist routes.

PETAR KATIĆ

Petar is a graduated economist who has been with the Regional Development Agency team since 2024. Before joining this team, he handled accounting and administrative tasks in the private sector and possesses excellent knowledge of regulations in that field. During his time at RDA BKP, he also mastered the regulations concerning EU projects and the functioning of civil sector organizations.
