This is our current team, working daily on the development and implementation of projects for the Regional Development Agency for Bjelasica, Komovi, and Prokletije. We extend our gratitude to all colleagues who have been part of our organization over the years and contributed to its growth. Jelena Krivčević
Executive Director
Jelena Krivčević has been working in international and local organizations on various projects since 1999, mostly in Montenegro but also spending 6 years abroad. In different roles and positions, she has worked on the implementation of multi-million dollar projects in the fields of community development and economic growth in Montenegro and Georgia. She has provided consultancy services for USAID projects in Georgia, Serbia, and Kosovo, and has worked on the preparation and implementation of over 30 EU-funded projects. She has been at the head of RDA BKP practically since its founding, building a respectable and successful organization with her team.
Radojka Šćekić
Administrative and Financial Manager
Radojka Šćekić holds a Master’s degree in European Integration. Ms. Šćekić also has extensive experience working with international organizations in the Bjelasica, Komovi, and Prokletije region. She has held responsible positions in various programs implemented in the northern region. While working at the Urban Institute, she gained knowledge of USAID financial reporting procedures, and at RDA BKP, she perfected the rules and procedures for project management and financial reporting for EU projects. She provides significant support to RDA and partner municipalities in the preparation of EU project proposals.
Snežana Zečević
Project Manager
Snežana Zečević has worked in various international organizations since 1999, making her a versatile professional with experience in different sectors, particularly tourism and agriculture. She comes with strong references from one of the most successful USAID projects in the region – CRDA. She has also worked in organizations funded by other donors, such as the Danish Refugee Council, Premiere Urgence, and FORS Montenegro.
Ivan Mališić
Project Manager
Ivan Mališić is a graduate economist with long-standing experience working with various organizations, including USAID economic programs, the Austrian-Montenegrin Partnership, and UNDP projects. He is one of the founders of the Regional Development Agency for Bjelasica, Komovi, and Prokletije. He specializes in rural tourism and “katuns” (mountain shepherd settlements) and possesses experience in all mentoring activities beneficial for businesses of any type.
Dalibor Šekularac
Project Manager
Dalibor is a professor of English language and literature, but also an enthusiast for mountains, katuns, and agriculture. Coming from a katun-dwelling family himself, he provides the entire team with additional experiential information regarding the needs of katuns and potential methods for their preservation. He is a licensed tourist guide, a mentor for the Good Travel Seal, and a significant part of the team in all tasks related to creating unique and sustainable tourism offerings.
Aldina Hećo
Project Manager
Dina is a graduate economist and a passionate mountaineer, with experience in various roles that shared one common characteristic – working with people. Although she joined the Regional Development Agency in 2024, she integrated quickly and has been working from the start on projects of significance for katuns, the preservation of autochthonous breeds, and the creation of new tourist routes.
Petar Katić
Financial Officer
Petar is a graduate economist who has been with the Regional Development Agency team since 2024. Before joining this team, he worked in accounting and administrative roles in the private sector, where he gained an excellent understanding of industry regulations. During his time at RDA BKP, he has also mastered the regulations related to EU projects and the functioning of civil society organizations.
