Our work in this field is focused on supporting small-scale producers, artisans, and family households involved in agriculture, food processing, and handicrafts. We help them improve the quality of their products, preserve authenticity, and find easier paths to the market without losing the link to local resources, knowledge, and tradition.
We pay special attention to the development of local branding and short supply chains, giving preference to local suppliers whenever possible. Such an approach allows more value to remain within the community, strengthens the local economy, and builds trust between producers and consumers.
In our own operations, we follow the same philosophy – prioritizing local suppliers and procurement within Montenegro. Through initiatives like the regional brand Gorska Trpeza, we enhance the region’s recognition through authentic products and the stories behind them.
