The Regional Development Agency for Bjelasica, Komovi, and Prokletije implemented the project “Local Bicycle Trails in the Municipalities of Plav and Andrijevica,” significantly enhancing infrastructure for active tourism.
The project was executed in three phases: from initial consultations and field surveys to define the routes, followed by the preparation and installation of signage, and concluding with the production of detailed brochures featuring trail descriptions and tourist information. All signage was installed in compliance with the Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism standards.
Network Scope: A total of 16 trails were marked (9 in Plav and 7 in Andrijevica), passing through the most attractive areas of these two municipalities. The total length of the local bicycle trail network established through this project exceeds 400 km.
