The northern region of Montenegro has a great potential for the development of fly-fishing, a sport discipline that in last years attracts great number of visitors from the country and abroad. RDA BKP, with the support of Austrian Development Agency, provided funds for the realization of project “Improvement of fly fishing offer in the northern region of Montenegro”. Series of activities were carried out through the project aiming to improve the tourist offer when it comes to fly-fishing. The project involved the procurement and installation of info boards, shelters, benches, tables, pictograms, restocking of fly-fishing zones as well as the purchase of equipment for rangers. The project included eleven fly fishing zones in five municipalities in the northern region of Montenegro.
