Project Title: Improvement of Montenegrin and Serbian Entrepreneurship and Tourism (e-MEETS)

Implementation Period: 1 September 2017 – 31 August 2019

Main Objective: Educate and motivate young people to start their careers by encouraging entrepreneurial spirit, increasing youth employment in tourism through capacity building, fostering close interregional cooperation between Montenegro and Serbia, exchanging best practices with an experienced partner from Slovenia, and engaging in non-formal learning through mobility activities in EU countries (Spain, Germany).

Specific Objectives:

1. Strengthen entrepreneurship among youth in Montenegro and Serbia.
2. Improve key competencies in tourism through basic and innovative training programs.
3. Establish an Open Educational Center in Tourism as a youth education program from business and tourism perspectives, with three main goals:
   • Career counseling.
   • Information exchange – contact point for youth (e.g., dissemination of EU support programs).
   • Personalized educational platform to track student progress.

Expected Results:

1. Increased entrepreneurial capacities and skills of youth in Montenegro and Serbia.
2. Improved specialized knowledge of youth in tourism.
3. Enhanced networking and cooperation between youth from EU countries and youth from Montenegro and Serbia.
4. Improved knowledge of project participants from Montenegro and Serbia about EU best practices and society in general, and vice versa.
