While our work includes administration, project management, seminars, and study tours, the core of the Regional Development Agency is fieldwork. We intentionally design our projects to require a direct presence in rural and mountainous areas, as we believe that real results can only be achieved through constant contact with people on their farms and mountain pastures (katuns).

For our small team, the field is a natural working environment and a responsibility for all employees, without exception. Whether the roads are clear or we encounter unpredictable mountain weather, we ensure that it does not affect the pace of our work. Being present on-site allows us to better understand the needs of the community and ensure that every project is fully implemented, exactly where it is needed most.
