Regional Development Agency for Bjelasica, Komovi & Prokletije (RDA BKP) is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Project Manager based in Berane.
RDA BKP is implementing the three-year project “Sustainable Regional Development of the Bjelasica, Komovi and Prokletije Region,” funded by the Austrian Development Cooperation. Our mission is to enhance regional development through close cooperation with stakeholders and the creation of income-generating opportunities in tourism and agriculture.
Responsibilities: Design and planning of activities related to Cultural Tourism and Small Community Fund. Oversight of project implementation in all 6 regional municipalities and providing assistance to Mountain and Agro Tourism managers in Berane and Bijelo Polje.
Qualifications
- Education or equivalent experience in rural development (economy, tourism, or agriculture).
- Previous experience in managerial positions.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) and computer literate.
- Good knowledge of the north of Montenegro and Montenegrin institutions.
- Outgoing, pro-active, and hands-on personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
