RDA BKP has completed a comprehensive regional survey targeting the public, private, and civil sectors across all five municipalities in the region.
The study provided a detailed SWOT analysis of the business environment, barriers, and development opportunities, specifically focusing on micro, small, and medium enterprises in tourism and the general economy. The renowned firm CEED Consulting was hired to analyze the data and prepare a report featuring comparative analyses for each municipality.
Strategic Planning: The gathered data serves as a vital foundation for the RDA BKP Business Plan, scheduled for completion by the end of 2011. The findings and the regional overview will be presented to local stakeholders at a conference organized by the Agency in the coming months.
