Sub-component 1.5: Support to Short Food Supply Chains

Objective: Enable small producers to access new markets, exchange knowledge, and increase adaptability and competitiveness in the market

Activities:

  • Development of a local digital food network and a knowledge-sharing platform
  • Technical support to strengthen the position of small producers, as well as preparation for reactivating the tourism sector

Sub-component 2.5: Support to Establishing Short Food Supply Chains

Objective: Analyze the establishment, development, and current state of short food supply chains to respond to new challenges
