Lipovo

The valley of Plasnica river divides Lipovo into Upper and Lower parts. Surrounded by Moračke mountains and Sinjajevina, it is rich in springs, orchards, and authentic houses.

Rural Household – Big Grove: At 1300m above sea level, the Dulovici family house from 1860 offers stone walls, pine beds, handmade wool mattresses, and a magical atmosphere. Hosts Gordana and Dragan welcome guests with energy and warmth.

Rural Household – Misko’s Cheese Farm: The Puletic family house, over 100 years old, offers homemade bread, layered cheese, polenta, trout from their pond, and brandy with gentiana root. Guests can join farm activities such as milking cows or collecting hay.

Bistrica

Known for its beauty and development potential, Bistrica offers attractions such as Djalovica gorge, old Turkish bridge, St Nicholas monastery, and fly fishing areas.

Rural Household – Green Valley: The Pilica family offers cozy rooms, homemade pies, polenta, and gurabije. Their sons speak German and English, and one is a tourist guide.

Rural Household – Small Village Dolac: The Cindrak family runs a cattle farm with 35 cows. Guests enjoy traditional sweets like baklava, gurabije, and urmasice, as well as buckwheat polenta and heljdija pie.

Lubnice

Lubnice village lies where three rivers meet to form Bistrica. It preserves traditional wooden houses and crafts such as barrel-making. Attractions include Jelovica, Sisko lake, and legends of Zupan cave.

Rural Household – Three Springs: The Obradovic family offers a hut surrounded by orchards and springs, with homemade liqueurs, juices, jams, and pies.

Rural Household – Kljajic House: The Kljajic family, winners of the Rockefeller Brothers Fund award, offer authentic village life, organic honey, fruit, and vegetables.
