Cycling: Explore the Mountains on Two Wheels

The mountains call! Three biking trails across the territories of Berane, Mojkovac, and Kolašin connect villages, katuns, mountain huts, and cultural monuments, revealing the wonders of fertile Polimlje, the fairy mountain of Bjelasica, and the mystic areas of Sinjajevina.

One-Day Tours Through the Heart of Nature

These are one-day tours with an average length of around twenty kilometers. For a deeper experience, we recommend spending the night in a mountain hut or a katun. The roads are of decent quality, mostly gravel, and are fully signposted and equipped with benches and rest areas.

Berane (Budimlja – Banjevac): Length 22.25 km. Passes through the beautiful countryside and rural landscapes.
Mojkovac (Polja – Ckara Hut – Ružica): An ascent to Okrugljak katun, offering views of the Ružica church, a traditional gathering point for cattlemen.

Information boards with detailed maps and terrain configurations are placed in town centers. For digital navigation enthusiasts, GPS data for all routes can be found on the regional agency’s website, making it easier to plan every mile of your journey.

Aside from occasional sharp ascents, your biggest challenge will be the pedal-stopping beauty – tempting detours and paths that drag you toward breathtaking viewpoints and hidden mountain corners.
