After two years of intensive work on the project “Katun Roads of Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina”, the Regional Development Agency with partners is organizing a study trip for representatives of the media and travel agencies. The aim of this visit is to present the results achieved in improving the tourism offer in the mountain areas of Bjelasica (Montenegro) and Vranica (Bosnia and Herzegovina).
About the Project
The project, implemented with financial support from the European Union, focuses on preserving the authentic lifestyle in the katuns and integrating them into the modern tourism offer.
Katun Roads represent a unique blend of tradition and modern tourism – preserving authenticity while offering new experiences to visitors.
Study Trip
The tour began in Bosnia and Herzegovina, while the following two days will be dedicated to meetings with hosts on Bjelasica. Visitors will have the opportunity to directly experience the quality of the new infrastructure and services.
