Project Overview
The project focused on creating a modern infrastructure to support entrepreneurship in Northeastern Montenegro. A key priority was the revitalization of the “Rudeš” business zone and the establishment of a Regional Business Center (RBC) to serve as an incubator for developing new business ideas.
Main Objectives:
- Providing adequate space and technical support for business start-ups.
- Encouraging the growth of small and medium-sized production and service enterprises.
- Building the capacity of RBC staff to provide expert assistance to entrepreneurs.
Key Results
1. Facility Reconstruction and Equipping
A 1,000 m² facility within the “Rudeš” business zone was fully reconstructed. The space was specifically designed to meet the needs of a business incubator, providing start-ups with access to modern offices and production units.
2. Support for Business Beginners
The facility was equipped with modern technology, creating the necessary technical conditions for the implementation of innovative business ideas. The Regional Business Center provides a stable environment for startups, significantly reducing their initial operational costs.
3. Professional Training and Consultancy
A comprehensive training program was implemented for RBC employees. Through these sessions, the center became fully equipped to provide high-quality advisory services, assisting future entrepreneurs with business planning, marketing, and process management.
