The Regional Development Agency for Bjelasica, Komovi, and Prokletije organized the seminar “Responsible Innovation in the North-Eastern Region of Montenegro” as part of the EU-funded transnational SEE program.
The seminar is part of a project implemented by RDA BKP alongside 7 partners from Italy, Slovenia, Greece, Hungary, Romania, and Bosnia and Herzegovina. The event focused on presenting pilot activities aimed at promoting the sustainable use of natural resources and cultural heritage through responsible innovation in tourism and agriculture.
Documentary and Brochure: The promotional film “People of the Accursed Mountains” was showcased, along with the brochure “Leaders of Responsible Innovation,” which highlights exemplary local producers and rural households serving as role models for the community.
Support for Female Entrepreneurship
A special segment of the seminar featured the presentation of a manual and recommendations for the development of female entrepreneurship. This document, prepared by RDA BKP, aims to facilitate business operations for women in rural areas and further promote their role in the region’s economic development.
