RDA BKP finalized a regional survey meant to target public, private and civil sector with a regional SWOT analysis on needs, business environment, barriers and development plans and opportunities from the point of view of micro, small and medium enterprises, in tourism and economy in general. The feedback from all sides was excellent, and very good and useful information has been collected. For the sake of analysis of this data, RDA BKP contracted proven company CEED consulting, and CEED prepared a detailed report with comparative analyses for each municipality and general regional overview. This report will be presented to local stakeholders in a conference that RDA BKP will organize in the following months. This survey is planned for collecting relevant data and information necessary for preparation of RDA BKP’s business plan scheduled for the end of 2011.
