Open day for female entrepreneurship was held in Podgorica, organized by Regional Development Agency for Bjelasica, Komovi and Prokletije. RDA BKP has implemented UNDP financed project named economic empowerment of women in municipalities of Kolasin, Mojkovac, Pljevlja.
Female entrepreneurs together with representatives of municipalities on one side, presented business ideas, products and business potentials to representatives of business, banking and investor sectors on the other side, in an attempt to establish long time business connections or relationship.
At the open day for female entrepreneurship 33 business ideas and products were presented by female entrepreneurs. These ideas and products come from the sectors of agro tourism, handicrafts, dairy and other agricultural products. For 33 businesses ideas 14 organizations have shown an interest for future cooperation.
Women entrepreneurs have expressed huge satisfaction with event, its organization and have a hope for good results in the future.
Special advantage of the project has been activation of an internet portal aimed to promote businesses, finding potential partners, support on-line sales of products and give an opportunity to grant ideas.
