One of the most significant events during the 150th-anniversary celebration of Berane was Ivangrad Fest, held on August 1st, 2nd, and 3rd as part of the “I Still Exist” festival.
This music festival brought together numerous artists from various genres, garnering substantial media attention and attracting visitors from across the region. Organized by the youth of NGO “Beton” (Concrete), the festival is envisioned as a traditional annual event and a powerful driver for the promotion of Berane.
Support and Outlook: The event was realized with financial support from the Austrian Development Agency (ADA) through the RDA, alongside contributions from the local government and the private sector. Promotional activities for Ivangrad Fest 2013 have already begun, with expectations of even higher attendance in the future.
