The overall objective of the project is the cultural and economic development of the region Bjelasica, Komovi and Prokletije.
The specific objective of the project is to raise the visibility of the katuns as part of the cultural heritage in the region Bjelasica, Komovi and Prokletije.
Project activities included:
– Collection of materials, written texts and photographs related to the katuns in the region and countrywide
– Preparing a publication that presents summer pastures as cultural heritage of Montenegro
– Printing of 1000 copies of publications in English and 1000 in the Montenegrin language.
