The EU within its pre-accession funding often announces calls for project proposals aimed at improving of local or inter-municipal infrastructure. RDA in such situations provides support to local governments and their institutions in the preparation of the applications, as well as in the implementation of these projects, if approved. Some of the projects that were implemented in this way were:
1. Reconstruction of the road Zabrđe – Gradišnica in the municipality of Andrijevica – value 730.000,00 €
2. Building a fire rescue station in Berane – value 630.000,00 €
3. Building a fire rescue station in Plav – value 250.000,00 €
4. Construction of the promenade in Kolasin – value 560.000,00 €
5. Reconstruction of the fire rescue station in Andrijevica – value 120.000,00 €
6. Reconstruction of the building and equipping of a regional business center incubator in Berane – value 630.000,00 €
